Crafty Solution

I was out looking for a blue candle for my living room, and wanted something with some texture, because my other candles have texture. After searching a few places, I was disappointed to realize I couldn't find anything. Target had some candles with flowers carved in them, but nothing in blue. So I thought maybe I could carve on my plain candle with a needle, fill it in with paint, and have it look close. So here is a pic of the final product.Here is a closer look....Then I looked around and found another candle I had that was cracked, and was able to carve over it too. So there you go. Before you throw out a perfectly good cracked candle, carve something on it and fill it in with craft paint.
